Though I like a couple action movies more than this one, it has without question the greatest action choreography and set-pieces of all time. Never rivaled, oft imitated, balletic, beautiful and over-the-top. John Woo's magnum opus - doves, bikes and pissing babies.

Chow Yun Fat: A Salute to the Classics

This month will be Kinsey's last full-fledged month in LA, and whether he can make it to the movienights or not, I figured we should see him off in style. These films are what got me hooked on movies in the first place. When we watched these flicks religiously in ye olden times our eyes where opened to the absurd, blissful, awe inspiring possibilities of the medium. In honor of the late nights of heroic bloodshed Kinsey and my other buddies have shared in years past, let's roll 'em out and do it again.
